I love this dental office. All the staff members from the front desk to the dentist are courteous, informative, and efficient. Andrew is the best, and he does great work. I hadn't gone to the dentist since the pandemic, and even though my mouth was in need of repair, they didn't haggle or harass me about the work that needs to be done. Dr Kossi is awesome! I had a really bad tooth that needed to be extracted. The tooth had a large root and was difficult to remove. She took her time, and was gentle did not rush. The 2nd day after the extraction I had no pain!!! I'm grateful I had her as my doctor.

Our entire family has been coming here for our dental work for almost 10 years. The staff is always very welcoming, caring and helpful. Our youngest daughter has going to Smile City since she was 4 and they are just so gentle and helpful with her. I love this office so much! I had 2 visits here, my first one in November 2020 and the second one being on June 15th. Everyone here is so nice and friendly which really helps if you're nervous like I was! My first visit went smoothly and was treated by Dr Kossi and her assistant Bertha. I needed to get fillings and Dr Kossi was so gentle, that I didn't even feel a thing. My second visit I was treated by Dr Salahuddin and her assistant Angela. They also both were very nice and answered every question during my exam. As for the whole office, it's very clean and soothing. They even put on Netflix for you and gave me some homemade Thai Tea that the manager Andy made! I really recommend this office.

Perfect dentist office. I routinely travel twenty miles to go here. I would travel twice as far and then some if I had to. Alyssa, Andy, and Gigi are always terrific as soon as you come in. No pressure or anxiety; very easy. They give you ice tea if you’re waiting (it’s really good). Dr. Kossi is the best. It’s not like how it is sometimes when you’re meeting your lawyer, or your preacher, or your MD, where you feel like you have to kiss their ring a little bit. You always feel like you’re meeting your friend. Oh, yeah, and she’s a wonderful dentist! I’ve been there countless times. It’s one of those places that when you go there for the first time, you say to yourself, “Finally, I found my dentist. Everyone at Smile City Dental has been wonderful. I had an old decayed tooth that was causing severe pain and sinus problems. The office staff (Gigi, Andy, Nadia, ect) got me right in to see Dr. Salahuddin who was awesome. She made sure I was completely numb before she began extraction of the tooth. It was a fight for sure but she got it all and sewed it up nice. The area is healing nicely and the best part is NO MORE PAIN ! Thank you Smile City

She has performed amazing work on me concerning my crowns, fillings, and is very thorough when it comes to explaining what issues i may have, and what my options are in resolving them. my impression was that Dr. Kossi is very competent and sincere. Staff is very friendly and also good at navigating the insurance process. As someone that is a bit older, there is a lot of work and maintenance needed on my teeth. I did not feel I was being pushed or "up sold" (as I have with other dentists). I would recommend Smile City

I've been going to smile city dental for many years as a kid and now as an adult. The office staff is always incredibly friendly and professional. They answer any questions you may have, especially about insurance and payments thoroughly. Both before and after COVID, the offices remain very clean and safe-feeling. Dr. S and the staff do a wonderful job explaining your options and never push for any services that are not absolutely necessary. I actually look forward to my dental appointments! Cleanings are enjoyable and never feel "rough" like other experiences I had in the past. I moved into LA recently but will still be driving back to Santa Clarita for their appointments because I can't imagine going to any other dentist at this point. They send out text confirmations to remind you of all appointments too. I also want to note that they had to refer me elsewhere for a root canal once and it was a painless experience so I really trust their references as well!

I'm writing this review because Smile City Dental truly deserves the recognition of how attentive they are in providing excellent care of their patients, especially during Covid-19. They have ALWAYS been super efficient when it comes to cleanliness, but now they are equipped in full gear taking extra precautions for everyone's safety. I went in July 2020 and felt very safe and will go back without hesitation. Everytime I go whether for my routine cleaning/check-up or whatever my teeth need work on, I feel welcomed and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Susan, the hygienist is a professional, highly knowledgeable and thorough when explaining a process. In addition, Susan has a naturally lovely personality and I would recommend her along with the other doctors there as well. Also, scheduling an appointment is a breeze with a very communicable receptionist team ensuring you get reminders. :-)

They understood my fears and took their time with me and now I’m a pro. My family and I live 3 hours away and yet we still make the drive to see them. My wife and I recently moved to Santa Clarita and started going to Smile City Dental. The office itself is very nicely appointed and the staff are SO FRIENDLY! Dr. Salahuddin is fantastic, she is friendly, thorough, and explains everything she is doing. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I never feel like I am receiving rushed service - even during COVID. I also decided to leverage their in-house ZOOM Teeth Whitening service - AND IT IS AMAZING! In just two hours, my teeth went down 7 shades (from 3 M2 to 0.5 M1). Andy did a fantastic job explaining how to prep for the big day, which setup my teeth for best success. During the procedure, he took his time to perform every step perfectly to ensure the ZOOM light would work to its greatest ability. While Andy said most people do feel pain, I felt absolutely zero discomfort throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend their teeth whitening services! My wife recently previously the procedure done at another dentist (before we moved here), for more money, and only went down 2 shades.

From the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the location, the professionalism and quality work it all makes you feel at ease and comfortable. It’s very hard to find a dental office that has all these components. I recommend them to everyone!
The Canyon County facility is clean and the employees are friendly. They are good at crowns, fittings, and cleanings, however they don't really recommend or seem to be as familiar with partial crowns, so if you have any pre-existing partial crowns let them know before they begin work. They will do whatever you ask, but definitely let them recommend what you need. Overall, I would recommend this dental group to my family and friends because of their good quality of work and reasonable prices. I have been coming to this dental group for a couple years now and I still love it.

The atmosphere in the office is very calming and lovely, the staff at the front desk are kind. I'm so glad I chose this dental group. They never made me feel bad that it's been so long and we're very supportive and helpful. They explained everything very clearly and I never felt like just another job for them to do (like I did at my previous dentist- who made me feel like my questions were annoying) I do need a fair amount of work done and after my first of 4 appts to take care of my cavities, I'm VERY at ease about my upcoming appointments. Dr Kossi did a great job, I felt no pain, they were done a bit faster than expected and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my bite with the new filling. Great dentist. Straight to the point. My previous dentist would charge me for things I didn't ask for and I would be at the office for 3 hours. This dental office is the complete opposite. You get the things you need to be done, done quick. And they are very friendly. You are in and out in a matter of one hour.

I have been going to Dr. Kossi at Smile City in Canyon Country for 20 years. The experience has always been pain free, fast, and quality work. I have had bad dental experiences before (like pain with a simple teeth cleaning at Western Dental), but I have only had good experiences at Smile City. The staff are very gentle and kind, they make me feel like a VIP. They are the only dental group I would trust to take care of my or my sons' teeth, and his teeth turned out beautiful with his braces and regular dental care. Dr. Kossi is the BEST!!!

But for a review to be insightful and provide others with a genuine view of an establishment, it takes years of service to manifest. I believe the impeccable care I have received over the years speaks volumes to the consistent performance of Dr. Cozy and her team at the highest level in the industry.Whether it's a crown or a deep clean, I am always extremely happy with the work done. And they sufficiently berate me for not flossing. It's enough to make me feel guilty and think for a second I will start to floss daily. As weird as it might sound, I really love coming here and kinda wish I had a reason to come more often. Maybe I will take up boxing...
Dr.Kossi and the entire team at Smile are simply amazing!!!! They are always so helpful, professional and friendly. They don't do any work unless it is necessary and are always upfront about what procedures I need. My son is 9 and had such a bad experience at a previous dentist office and was so scared of going. Dr.Kossi is so patient with him and explains everything that she is going to do to him so he is comfortable and gets to watch Netflix as they do their work. He doesn't fear the dentist anymore since going to Smile.

I had one of the best experiences in a dental office ever today. I usually come on Saturdays and am very pleased with the service. Little did I know that was a barebones staff. Today (a weekday) my daughter and I had appointments 30 minutes apart so I expected to wait after my daughter was called in but I was called in right after. While my daughter was getting X-rays and examined the hygienist did my cleaning before my x-rays and exam. We ended up being finished at about the same time. Both Dr Kossi and the hygienist were gentle and have great bedside manners. Even my daughter who is apprehensive about going to the dentist was pleasantly surprised by how smooth todays visit went.
I have been coming here for many years now and I always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I have been treated by a couple of different dentist and they were all welcoming and nice. They did excellent job with my deep cleaning and normal check ups. They let you watch Netflix when you're on the chair so I normally just watch FRIENDS while they do their thing. Now I'm doing Invisalign here and it's a very simple process and they help me with any questions I may have. Highly recommend coming here.

Dr koski is the only dentist I allow near my mouth I have an abject t fear of dentist I have ran out of other dentist mid procedure but dr koski is different she actually cares is gentle and every step of way makes sure you are as comfortable as possible

This place is awesome. The waiting room was already nice and then they took me to a room that had a massage chair. That was the cherry on top. Staff was awesome too. Andy, Angela, and Dr. Kossi were all super nice and friendly. Easy recommendation! :)

I went for the first time yesterday. The front desk was super nice (gave me a bottle of water since it was so hot outside), I was seen on time, and the whole experience was great. I saw Dr. S and Carlos took my x-rays and polished my teeth. Definitely recommend!

This clinic is great. All the staff are friendly and professional. There is hardly any wait time when checking in given that we always schedule ourselves in the early morning. They are very hospitable, always offering us water while we wait. Dr. Kamari is knowledgeable and approachable to any questions you may have. Even though we live in San Fernando valley, we still choose to come to this clinic because of their excellent service.

I have been coming here for over a year now and the staff is excellent along with all the dentists. My wife recently switched to smile city dental as well after my experience with them!
Thank goodness for Yelp. And unfortunately, if it wasn't for another dentist's incompetence, I would have never found Dr. Kossi. I had something going on in my gum line. The other dentist suggested a cleaning and 'if it doesn't go away, we'll refer you to a specialist'. The hygienist that did the cleaning told me if my gums are not bleeding, then I'm not brushing hard enough. I then told her that I was told by her higher-up that I over-brush. She was very adamant that I did not brush hard enough. Then she said there was nothing wrong with my gum line.Went to Dr. Kossi to get a second opinion. And thank God I did! She told me there was an infection in my gum line. AND that I was over brushing my teeth. I couldn't wait to call that other dentist to cancel all my appointments with them. Dr. Kossi also found 3 cavities. The other dentist didn't. My dental work was finished yesterday. Dr. Kossi and I were discussing what could have happened had I not went to her. Probably a root canal. That made me think. That's probably how that other dentist works. They over look things, which then grows into something much worse, so they can make you spend more money. Dr Kossi, you are the best. I can't thank you enough. The office, the staff, everything about them is great. But when it comes to what you REALLY need from a dentist, a professional, Dr. Kossi is simply the best.Yah, I will agree, they do need to improve their time management. Sorry.

I came to this dental office that in search for my next primary dentist, based off of yelp reviews. And I can say that this dentist blew my mind. It was a really comfortable suite to walk into. And the plaza does not do it justice. Though the practice is primarily under Dr. Thai, My husband and I were taken care of by Dr. Pham. Both dentists seem extremely knowledgeable of their practice. I appreciated the courtesy and kindness that the assistants displayed. They talked us through each procedure. And this was crucial for my husband whom hadn't visited a dentist in a long while. I also was impressed at how clean and new all instruments, large and small, were for a 10 year practice. I loved sitting in a chair and having a nice view of the Santa Clarita mountains. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in a great dental practice, with knowledgeable staff.

Love this place~ everyone is so kind! I actually came to this dentist for a 2nd opinion, and they were just so honest! The last dentist I went to said I 100% needed to get a crown + a root canal, but the doctor here said I just needed a filling. I feel great after the filling and I can't believe I was almost tricked at the other dentist! Very glad I came here~ definitely understand why this place deserves 5 stars!

My son;Tee is 7 yr old. He always afraid to see dentist. A couple months ago he went to Smile City at Canyon Country. I thought this would be a nightmare for me. All 4 wisdoms teeth pulled, multiple cleanings,cavities filled, deep cleanings, etc. ... I've never ever had any issues. The staff is amazing, and so nice. Every time I go into a new facility (whether a doc's office or a salon) I always look for a WOW moment to make me want to keep coming back. I not only have one WOW moment here, every time I come, I am always amazed. This place is just awesome! I come here a lot because of my kids and my husband and me. Dr. Kossi is great with my babies. She's gentle and very informative. My kids love coming here because they get to play with the toys while waiting to be called. Then they get excited about the treats/toys that they get after their treatment. They are not even scared, which they were with our previous dental office. And OMG, massage chair for mommy while waiting? Where else do you get that?! The front waiting area is so calm and relaxing. I love the fresh flowers and decorations. And it smells really good. All the staff are super nice. Love that they give me a courtesy call to remind me of our appointments. Trust me, between my 2 kids, my husband, my mom, and myself, I need lots of reminders for all of their appointments and such. I've taken my mom to a dentist office near by and it doesn't compare to this one. It had a weird smell and the staff wasn't so accommodating. I'm so glad I found this office when we moved to Sta Clarita. I've gotten many flyers from the mail, and searched on yelp but I'm so happy I went to this one first. Search done!

This has to be the best dental office I've ever been to! I went to this office about ten or so years ago and loved them, but because of changes in insurance, I had a string of dentists through the years. I am happy to say that I am now back at Smile City Dental, and I am thrilled. One of the best updates since my first time is that they set you up with Netflix. On my first visit, they were running a little behind, but I got to watch Netflix, so I was fine sitting in the chair. When he came in, he introduced himself and was very nice (and cute haha). Dr. Kamari (sp) is amazing. He is really nice and gentle and let's me know everything that is going on and what his plan is. He always made sure that I wasn't in any pain and made the experience enjoyable. Not only was he great, but the front desk staff and dental assistants were amazing as well. Everybody is so nice and caring. The best part is that I have no fear of going back for my six month check up.

I came in for check up and wanna fix old filling today. All the crews were very helpful explaining everything for me. It is really meaningful and helpful when someone explain to you and you understand the process, or even material they use. Dr. Kozi did a great job too. Highly recommend:) As a Thai student in big city I find it hard to find a good dental clinic. I have been everywhere not that satisfied with other places. Finally I got a friend who came here before I ask her where did she got all her teeth job done, she then told me to come here! Lucky me this place save my life !!!!

By far one of the nicest, cleanest dental office I've been to. The staff is unbelievably kind and professional. The hospitality is amazing along with the work that they've done for me. Haven't had any issues with any procedure done (cavity filling and root canal). If you live in Santa Clarita I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kossi if you're shopping around for a new dentist.
I used reviews to determine my last dentist and they were horrible. I moved here and I am thoroughly looking at reviews for a better dentist. I saw these reviews and chose to go here but I am still waiting to do any procedure. This dentist found that my old dentist failed to do a crown and found two more problems as well. Everything seems to be ok with this dentist, she was very smart. I made sure I had an appointment with Dr. Kossi as others have recommended and the appointments for her are a few weeks out.

Came in for my first appointment and was brought to Cheryl who did my x-rays and cleaning at the end. Very sweet and very charming. My dentist Dr. Kossi did her cleaning and it was not painful as some dentists wield their instruments like swords. Overall a very enjoyable experience as far as the dentist goes.

A dental office that looks better than a spa. Everybody here seems to love what they're doing because their attitude speaks so loud that you don't feel visiting a dental office at all. A massage chair? Who gets a massage while waiting for the dentist? Apparently, the patients' comfort is of their utmost concern and if they can tell you're gonna be there for a while, they'll make sure you'll like the wait. And did I say they're good with kids, too? My 40-year old husband always comes out with freebies after every visit! Humor aside, I haven't tried other dental offices in the area but I don't see the point of looking around, they are my only bet.

When we moved to the area we decided to try it out because Dr. Kossi had beyond fabulous reviews, and after a year and a half I can see why. She really takes her time with each patient, and makes sure to do what's best for them. Our previous dentist had wanted my husband to have a tooth extracted and an implant put in, something that even with our very good insurance was going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. Dr. Kossi recommended seeing if a simple filling would fix his problem before opting for such an extreme solution and he's been fine ever since. I also LOVE that she has a little camera that she can use to take pictures of your cavities and problem areas so that you can actually see what she's recommending you fix.Her assistants and hygienists are amazing too. Today I was surprised that they have started taking patients' blood pressure as part of routine check-ups, but I really appreciate that they are concerned with our total health and not just our teeth.
Dr kossi has been my family dentist for 17 yrs. my children were 11 n 9 when we first started coming here. It feels like visiting family, because the staff are so friendly. Dr kossi is very gentle, and does a great job. Ive had tons of work done and it always looks great!

I've been coming to smile city since I left my last dentist. They are GREAT. First, I found this place on yelp. When I got there, i was treated nice. The technicians are all nice. Let me side bar by saying that I felt that my last dds was only in practice for money and would give false dx for it. my inlay broke that was only a year old and she wouldn't fix it, that's why I left, and after 6 years they didn't care or try to see what could be done. Outside of other related reasons... They didn't want to work and I felt like I was being hustled. Every molar in my mouth was worked on twice, some tx were always recommended because my gums and teeth were SOOOOOO bad... No exam was ever good at that last dentist... I digress...So, upon arrival, i was treated to cold water, pillow, and I could watch TV while I was getting treated. Dr. Kossi is gentle and I had less pain then usual. The hygienists are pleasant. .I eventually had to get a crown. That wasn't fun AT ALL but I was treated to a chair massage to calm my nerves... Right in the office! I fell asleep! My exams have been coming out better and better, unlike at the old dentist where I always had problems and they bled my pockets dry. I feel like Dr. Kossi is honest and my gums and teeth are doing OK. She doesn't try to nickle and dime and bleed the ins company. They follow up with referrals and assist with other things add needed.

Dr Kossi is fantastic! She is gentle and kind with 20+ years experience. I have been going to the same Dentist in Long Beach for 14 years so when I moved to SCV I was concerned that I would have to commute to LB for every check-up (which I was actually willing to do because Dr. Troy Ha is amazing - see him if you are in that area) But then last week I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck, jaw and tooth and needed to see someone right away. I first saw Dr. Lim who examined and cleaned my teeth - he was also good and gentle. Dr Kossi saw me the next day (lucky she had a cancellation) and started my root canal. Her dental assistants are super friendly and put you at ease. The gentleman who assisted that day has worked for her 15+ years. The office is immaculate and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and so sweet.
I have been going to Dr. Kossi now for about 6 years and I can't imagine seeing anyone else! I've moved several times throughout the years and I gladly make the 45min trek I now have to see her. I didn't go to the dentist much as a kid and young adult so I was always weary about going regularly... she puts you at ease instantly. She is very gentle and very aware of your comfort level to make sure you feel good during every process (or the best you can feel with someone's hands in your mouth! ha!) She has always been very honest and knowledgeable about what I needed done. Each patient area has its own TV which makes the time pass by faster AND helps distract you from having your fillings done ;) The facility is very clean and well kept; the staff is friendly and always helpful, they always give me a call back if I miss their calls to remind me about an appointment. If you ever have to wait they have a small "relaxation" room with a massage chair and trickling water fall, which is awesome. I've recommended all my friends and recommend everyone else to see her because I can imagine anyone else taking my wisdom teeth out while I was still awake =)

The dentist has always been the appointment I look forward to the least. I even put it off for years! After a couple recommendations, I decided to give Dr. Kossi a try... even if it meant driving 35 miles to get to her! She did not disappoint. Her and her staff are warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. She not only told me exactly what I needed done to get that perfect smile, she showed me hi-def pictures so I can see for myself. It was nice to finally have a dentist I didn't feel was just trying to get me to have any and every procedure done. I recently just had a deep cleaning and some old fillings redone. The whole appointment was centered around my comfort. They even offered me a pillow to maximize my experience! Plus, I got to choose on Netflix what to watch on my own personal TV. A trip to the dentist can't get much more accommodating than that.If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

It has been about 2 years now since I've been cooking here. I'm going for ortho and so far, no disaster on the braces. All the doctors here are nice. They actually try to get to know you better. For example, i like anime, so they would put anime on Netflix for me. I find it funny how they would ask questions that would require me to have an answer in sentence format, but all i can say is "huh" and "uh huh" because... you'll see. The reception greet you while their nice smiles, so jealous, the doctors tell you to take a seat, comfy, then the procedures, irritating. But honestly, people messing with your teeth would bother lots of people. Bottom line, i recommended this place on the fact that they help you through the payment plan.

I came last Saturday at Smile City Dental to do implant with Dr Kossi. She did a very good job, painless, within one week I don't have to take any of pain medicine. I really recommend for anyone needs any dental care come to Smile City Dental.

Ive been looking for a good, reputible dentist close to my home n was given a few recommendations, but have found this one myself on yelp. I called to inquire, n they accomodated me right away. (well- they were not busy, at that time). Staff had a great way of "inviting" new patients in ensuring trust, comfort, and professionalism.Everyone was friendly and willing to see me to get started on my tooth that needed repairing right away. I felt important even though i got there a couple of hours till closing. Dr. Lim wanted to "recapture" years of neglect to my teeth to foster any problem i had with my teeth by working on them right away and showing me what he recommends in getting my teeth healthy again. Went here with my brother and we were kindly accepted by the front desk as soon as we walked in. We had to get our molds for our retainers done. The dentist who attended us was great and didn't mind the fact me and my brother couldn't hold still cause we were laughing at each other, but she managed to get the job done quick and patiently. My only qualm was my appointment was at 9am and I didn't get seen until 9:45. There was only one person ahead of me. I did receive several apologies for this, which was appreciated. This won't detract from the service I received. I was seen by Dr. Lim. He was friendly, informative, and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I know my teeth can be a challenge when being cleaned. So I was very impressed with how well Dr. Lim did. They were spotless. The rest of the staff was friendly for the most part. The office is clean and updated.
I started coming here about a year and a half ago Ayer going to some awful offices trying to find a new dentist that wouldn't just try to sell you products. My family and I just moved to the Santa Clarita area last year (October, 2013) and needed to find a good dentist who we can go to regularly. we are glad we found Dr. Kossi. Dr. Kossi has very gentle hands and does a great job. She has performed cleaning to both my wife and myself and she has also did fillings for me. She is also good at educating her patients with proper dental care. Furthermore her prices are quite fair.She quickly won our trust and my family have been going to her ever since we discovered her. I am glad we found a dentist who we can come to regularly and call our family dentist. Dr Kossi is the only dentist allowed to touch my teeth. Been a patient of hers for 15 years. I have severe TMJ, but she works around it, making it as painless as possible. My family have all been seen by other dentists in the office and have always been pleased with the results. The dental assistants are together and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Every exam room has a TV and they'll play movies for you while you're waiting, or if you just need it as a distraction from getting dental work done.The staff is awesome. Dawn is pleasant and efficient- she schedules appointments so well that I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called in for my appt. Andy & GiGi know just about anything & everything about getting dental work done- scheduling, payment plans, advice...they have that place wired.

And here it is...CONs: It is a bit pricier than other dental places I've been to (this comment does not reflect on dental work just overall pricing comparison). That's 'bout it; the only con I can think of.PROs: Parking is easy. Office is clean. Staff is super nice (side tangent: I appreciate the little conversations during cleanings & x-rays even though I can't chat back for obvious reasons, they are entertaining). Goodie bags of travel size dental toiletries. Netflix streams in just about every chair while you're getting work done. The teeth scrub/polish is always a wonderful berry or mint flavor. They open Saturdays, for those busy folks.

After the removal, Andy was kind enough to do a follow up if I had any issues.On this current visit, I came in for a cleaning. Completed in 45 minutes. I had two small cavities but it was handled quickly and painlessly. They have new dental equipment which makes your visit easier. My fillings were done with some new type of filling tool. They also did X-rays to make sure all my other teeth were fine. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and they are always accommodating as to your schedule and their prices are very competitive. Never hurts to ask, right? I live in Glendale which is about a 40 min. drive, but I find its well worth as I could not find a great dentist in my local area which gives me excellent service.

Best dentistry and best staff by far in SCV! A clean, friendly, family facility for all your dental needs. Big or small work, you'll never feel embarrassed of any fixes, fillings, bridges, root canals or extractions that needs attention. My entire family including my 4,6 & 9 year old children feel comfortable and very at ease here, without resistance to come see Dr. Kossi (even with the scary needle of novocaine, her gentle finesse administering the shot is pain free/unnoticeable). She is extremely gentle, professional and caring and isn't the kind of dentist who makes you feel sheepish for not regularly flossing. All the dental hygienist know exactly what their doing and the front desk personnel give you their time and patience to discuss your out of pocket expenses and insurance coverage allotted. My family will never be anywhere else but at Smile City Dental.

Great dentist and office! There was a mixup with insurance, and that I was no longer covered under my husband’s employer and they told me that it’s OK and I did not need to pay for the mixup. Just wanted to thank them for their honesty and courtesy as a professional company. If I still had acceptable insurance, I would be going there. I recommend!
Smile City Dental staff and Dr. Cozzi have provided exceptional service and dental care. I recently was in a serious car accident which broke my front tooth in half. They were so gracious is fitting me into the schedule that same day to do a temporary fix. And, everyone was so kind and empathetic in the midst of a traumatic experience. Dr. Cozzi is knowledgeable and skilled in her work, in a caring and compassionate way. I have had so many compliments on her work on my front tooth, which is only the temporary filling! I’ve been with them only since May 2022 but I am so happy I made the move. I had a lot of issues worsen since the pandemic and they were able to take care of me quickly each time. I also appreciate being told what the costs will be before the treatment. The front office, the techs, and the dentists here are fabulous. There are tvs in the rooms and they play Netflix for you! Lol.

Had been coming to this Dental office for years but this was my first time to have tooth whitening. Andy and all the staff have been very helpful allthis time. Accommodating and friendly. Dr Kossi is awesome! I had a really bad tooth that needed to be extracted. The tooth had a large root and was difficult to remove. She took her time, and was gentle did not rush. The 2nd day after the extraction I had no pain!!! I'm grateful I had her as my doctor.

Love this place! I have been to two different dentists here, and both of them have done an amazing job on my teeth, and took a fair amount of time sharing pictures of my teeth and explaining things in detail so I understood them. Would definitely recommend them.
Our entire family has been coming here for our dental work for almost 10 years. The staff is always very welcoming, caring and helpful. Our youngest daughter has going to Smile City since she was 4 and they are just so gentle and helpful with her. They are very patient and take time explaining what they are doing which helps to put her at ease. I highly recommend this great group of dental professionals!
I love this office so much! I had 2 visits here, my first one in November 2020 and the second one being on June 15th. Everyone here is so nice and friendly which really helps if you're nervous like I was! My first visit went smoothly and was treated by Dr Kossi and her assistant Bertha. I needed to get fillings and Dr Kossi was so gentle, that I didn't even feel a thing. My second visit I was treated by Dr Salahuddin and her assistant Angela. They also both were very nice and answered every question during my exam. As for the whole office, it's very clean and soothing. They even put on Netflix for you and gave me some homemade Thai Tea that the manager Andy made! I really recommend this office.

Perfect dentist office. I routinely travel twenty miles to go here. I would travel twice as far and then some if I had to. Alyssa, Andy, and Gigi are always terrific as soon as you come in. No pressure or anxiety; very easy. They give you ice tea if you’re waiting (it’s really good). Dr. Kossi is the best. It’s not like how it is sometimes when you’re meeting your lawyer, or your preacher, or your MD, where you feel like you have to kiss their ring a little bit. You always feel like you’re meeting your friend. Oh, yeah, and she’s a wonderful dentist! I’ve been there countless times. It’s one of those places that when you go there for the first time, you say to yourself, “Finally, I found my dentist. Everyone at Smile City Dental has been wonderful. I had an old decayed tooth that was causing severe pain and sinus problems. The office staff (Gigi, Andy, Nadia, ect) got me right in to see Dr. Salahuddin who was awesome. She made sure I was completely numb before she began extraction of the tooth. It was a fight for sure but she got it all and sewed it up nice. The area is healing nicely and the best part is NO MORE PAIN ! Thank you Smile City
I have been a regular at Smile City Dental for over 17 years now , and Dr. Kossi has always been my primary Dentist. She has performed amazing work on me concerning my crowns, fillings, and is very thorough when it comes to explaining what issues i may have, and what my options are in resolving them. I also want to say that all the staff at the Canyon Country office are great, and very professional. my impression was that Dr. Kossi is very competent and sincere. Staff is very friendly and also good at navigating the insurance process. As someone that is a bit older, there is a lot of work and maintenance needed on my teeth. I did not feel I was being pushed or "up sold" (as I have with other dentists). I would recommend Smile City
A quality dental group! I had put off finding a new dentist and my husband went to dr Kossi so I too began going. The gentlemen and ladies in the front are always so kind too. I broke off my crown and he was able to schedule me in ASAP when I know they are super busy! Anyway I would really recommend this place coming from someone who really hates dental work

I've been going to smile city dental for many years as a kid and now as an adult. The office staff is always incredibly friendly and professional. They answer any questions you may have, especially about insurance and payments thoroughly. Both before and after COVID, the offices remain very clean and safe-feeling. Dr. S and the staff do a wonderful job explaining your options and never push for any services that are not absolutely necessary. I actually look forward to my dental appointments! Cleanings are enjoyable and never feel "rough" like other experiences I had in the past. I moved into LA recently but will still be driving back to Santa Clarita for their appointments because I can't imagine going to any other dentist at this point. They send out text confirmations to remind you of all appointments too. I also want to note that they had to refer me elsewhere for a root canal once and it was a painless experience so I really trust their references as well!
So happy to find Dr Kossi. I have had so may issues with other Dentists and poor quality work. This office is so PROFESSIONAL Dr Kossi explained and performed the necessary procedure. I'm writing this review because Smile City Dental truly deserves the recognition of how attentive they are in providing excellent care of their patients, especially during Covid-19. They have ALWAYS been super efficient when it comes to cleanliness, but now they are equipped in full gear taking extra precautions for everyone's safety. I went in July 2020 and felt very safe and will go back without hesitation. Everytime I go whether for my routine cleaning/check-up or whatever my teeth need work on, I feel welcomed and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Susan, the hygienist is a professional, highly knowledgeable and thorough when explaining a process. In addition, Susan has a naturally lovely personality and I would recommend her along with the other doctors there as well. Also, scheduling an appointment is a breeze with a very communicable receptionist team ensuring you get reminders. :-)
LOVE Smile City Dental. Dr. Kosi, staff and Andy are all amazing!!!! Before meeting this gem I was so terrified of going to the dentist. They understood my fears and took their time with me and now I’m a pro. My family and I live 3 hours away and yet we still make the drive to see them. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else other than them. Regard to COVID- They are EXTREMELY clean and follow all regulations CDC has put in place. They are truly looking out for the well being of their patients. Totally recommend them!

My wife and I recently moved to Santa Clarita and started going to Smile City Dental. The office itself is very nicely appointed and the staff are SO FRIENDLY! Dr. Salahuddin is fantastic, she is friendly, thorough, and explains everything she is doing. I have never had to wait past my appointment time, and I never feel like I am receiving rushed service - even during COVID. I also decided to leverage their in-house ZOOM Teeth Whitening service - AND IT IS AMAZING! In just two hours, my teeth went down 7 shades (from 3 M2 to 0.5 M1). Andy did a fantastic job explaining how to prep for the big day, which setup my teeth for best success. During the procedure, he took his time to perform every step perfectly to ensure the ZOOM light would work to its greatest ability. While Andy said most people do feel pain, I felt absolutely zero discomfort throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend their teeth whitening services! My wife recently previously the procedure done at another dentist (before we moved here), for more money, and only went down 2 shades.

I have been coming to Smile City for over 4 years now and I have been overwhelmingly happy with their service! From the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the location, the professionalism and quality work it all makes you feel at ease and comfortable. It’s very hard to find a dental office that has all these components. I recommend them to everyone!
The Canyon County facility is clean and the employees are friendly. They are good at crowns, fittings, and cleanings, however they don't really recommend or seem to be as familiar with partial crowns, so if you have any pre-existing partial crowns let them know before they begin work. They will do whatever you ask, but definitely let them recommend what you need. Overall, I would recommend this dental group to my family and friends because of their good quality of work and reasonable prices. I have been coming to this dental group for a couple years now and I still love it.

The staff are so kind, and really make me comfortable during any kind of visit. I've been afraid to go to the dentist- and so have not gone in 15 years. I read several other positive reviews about Dr Kossi, and decided to be an adult and stop neglecting my dental care. The atmosphere in the office is very calming and lovely, the staff at the front desk are kind. I'm so glad I chose this dental group. They never made me feel bad that it's been so long and we're very supportive and helpful. They explained everything very clearly and I never felt like just another job for them to do (like I did at my previous dentist- who made me feel like my questions were annoying) I do need a fair amount of work done and after my first of 4 appts to take care of my cavities, I'm VERY at ease about my upcoming appointments. Dr Kossi did a great job, I felt no pain, they were done a bit faster than expected and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my bite with the new filling. Great dentist. Straight to the point. My previous dentist would charge me for things I didn't ask for and I would be at the office for 3 hours. This dental office is the complete opposite. You get the things you need to be done, done quick. And they are very friendly. You are in and out in a matter of one hour.

The last time I was in they offered me Thai iced while I was in the spa room. ALSO they will pull up any show you want on Netflix while the operation is happening. This place is legit. Love the staff. Love the doctors. Love the hygienist. They have a beautiful office, and the employees seem to like it there. They have a room with a massage chair, and candles you get to relax in. It made a difference, I still get nervous about the dentist when I dont know them. I have been going to Dr. Kossi at Smile City in Canyon Country for 20 years. The experience has always been pain free, fast, and quality work. I have had bad dental experiences before (like pain with a simple teeth cleaning at Western Dental), but I have only had good experiences at Smile City. The staff are very gentle and kind, they make me feel like a VIP. They are the only dental group I would trust to take care of my or my sons' teeth, and his teeth turned out beautiful with his braces and regular dental care. Dr. Kossi is the BEST!!!
Dr.Kossi and staff are so friendly and understanding. Their service goes above and beyond especially the front desk! If you are waiting awhile they have a relaxation room with a message chair. They are always willing to explain what needs to be done and the payments due after insurance. I recommend Canyon Country Smile City Dental (and was recommended here too).

And they sufficiently berate me for not flossing. It's enough to make me feel guilty and think for a second I will start to floss daily. As weird as it might sound, I really love coming here and kinda wish I had a reason to come more often. Maybe I will take up boxing...

I had one of the best experiences in a dental office ever today. I usually come on Saturdays and am very pleased with the service. Little did I know that was a barebones staff. Today (a weekday) my daughter and I had appointments 30 minutes apart so I expected to wait after my daughter was called in but I was called in right after. While my daughter was getting X-rays and examined the hygienist did my cleaning before my x-rays and exam. We ended up being finished at about the same time. Both Dr Kossi and the hygienist were gentle and have great bedside manners. Even my daughter who is apprehensive about going to the dentist was pleasantly surprised by how smooth todays visit went.
I have been coming here for many years now and I always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I have been treated by a couple of different dentist and they were all welcoming and nice. They did excellent job with my deep cleaning and normal check ups. They let you watch Netflix when you're on the chair so I normally just watch FRIENDS while they do their thing. Now I'm doing Invisalign here and it's a very simple process and they help me with any questions I may have. Highly recommend coming here.

Dr koski is the only dentist I allow near my mouth I have an abject t fear of dentist I have ran out of other dentist mid procedure but dr koski is different she actually cares is gentle and every step of way makes sure you are as comfortable as possible

I went for the first time yesterday. The front desk was super nice (gave me a bottle of water since it was so hot outside), I was seen on time, and the whole experience was great. I saw Dr. S and Carlos took my x-rays and polished my teeth. Definitely recommend!

Thank goodness for Yelp. And unfortunately, if it wasn't for another dentist's incompetence, I would have never found Dr. Kossi. I had something going on in my gum line. The other dentist suggested a cleaning and 'if it doesn't go away, we'll refer you to a specialist'. The hygienist that did the cleaning told me if my gums are not bleeding, then I'm not brushing hard enough. I then told her that I was told by her higher-up that I over-brush. She was very adamant that I did not brush hard enough. Then she said there was nothing wrong with my gum line.Went to Dr. Kossi to get a second opinion. And thank God I did! She told me there was an infection in my gum line. AND that I was over brushing my teeth. I couldn't wait to call that other dentist to cancel all my appointments with them. Dr. Kossi also found 3 cavities. The other dentist didn't. My dental work was finished yesterday. Dr. Kossi and I were discussing what could have happened had I not went to her. Probably a root canal. That made me think. That's probably how that other dentist works. They over look things, which then grows into something much worse, so they can make you spend more money. Dr Kossi, you are the best. I can't thank you enough. The office, the staff, everything about them is great. I came to this dental office that in search for my next primary dentist, based off of yelp reviews. And I can say that this dentist blew my mind. It was a really comfortable suite to walk into. And the plaza does not do it justice. Though the practice is primarily under Dr. Thai, My husband and I were taken care of by Dr. Pham. Both dentists seem extremely knowledgeable of their practice. I appreciated the courtesy and kindness that the assistants displayed. They talked us through each procedure. And this was crucial for my husband whom hadn't visited a dentist in a long while. I also was impressed at how clean and new all instruments, large and small, were for a 10 year practice. I loved sitting in a chair and having a nice view of the Santa Clarita mountains. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in a great dental practice, with knowledgeable staff.

Love this place~ everyone is so kind! I actually came to this dentist for a 2nd opinion, and they were just so honest! The last dentist I went to said I 100% needed to get a crown + a root canal, but the doctor here said I just needed a filling. I feel great after the filling and I can't believe I was almost tricked at the other dentist! Very glad I came here~ definitely understand why this place deserves 5 stars!

Simle City Dental of Canyon Country gets Five-Stars from me. My wife needs several proceedures to restore her beautiful teeth, and so far Smile City has provided a high level of quality work while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Dr. Kossi is the best dentist I've ever had! I've been here for about 3 years and have gotten phenomenal work done. All 4 wisdoms teeth pulled, multiple cleanings,cavities filled, deep cleanings, etc. ... I've never ever had any issues. The staff is amazing, and so nice. Every time I go into a new facility (whether a doc's office or a salon) I always look for a WOW moment to make me want to keep coming back. I not only have one WOW moment here, every time I come, I am always amazed. This place is just awesome! I come here a lot because of my kids and my husband and me. Dr. Kossi is great with my babies. She's gentle and very informative. My kids love coming here because they get to play with the toys while waiting to be called. Then they get excited about the treats/toys that they get after their treatment. They are not even scared, which they were with our previous dental office. And OMG, massage chair for mommy while waiting? Where else do you get that?! The front waiting area is so calm and relaxing. I love the fresh flowers and decorations. And it smells really good. All the staff are super nice. Love that they give me a courtesy call to remind me of our appointments. Trust me, between my 2 kids, my husband, my mom, and myself, I need lots of reminders for all of their appointments and such. I've taken my mom to a dentist office near by and it doesn't compare to this one. It had a weird smell and the staff wasn't so accommodating. I'm so glad I found this office when we moved to Sta Clarita. I've gotten many flyers from the mail, and searched on yelp but I'm so happy I went to this one first. Search done!

This has to be the best dental office I've ever been to! I went to this office about ten or so years ago and loved them, but because of changes in insurance, I had a string of dentists through the years. I am happy to say that I am now back at Smile City Dental, and I am thrilled. One of the best updates since my first time is that they set you up with Netflix. On my first visit, they were running a little behind, but I got to watch Netflix, so I was fine sitting in the chair. When he came in, he introduced himself and was very nice (and cute haha). Dr. Kamari (sp) is amazing. He is really nice and gentle and let's me know everything that is going on and what his plan is. He always made sure that I wasn't in any pain and made the experience enjoyable. Not only was he great, but the front desk staff and dental assistants were amazing as well. Everybody is so nice and caring. The best part is that I have no fear of going back for my six month check up.

I came in for check up and wanna fix old filling today. All the crews were very helpful explaining everything for me. It is really meaningful and helpful when someone explain to you and you understand the process, or even material they use. Dr. Kozi did a great job too. By far one of the nicest, cleanest dental office I've been to. The staff is unbelievably kind and professional. The hospitality is amazing along with the work that they've done for me. Haven't had any issues with any procedure done (cavity filling and root canal). If you live in Santa Clarita I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kossi if you're shopping around for a new dentist.
I used reviews to determine my last dentist and they were horrible. I moved here and I am thoroughly looking at reviews for a better dentist. I saw these reviews and chose to go here but I am still waiting to do any procedure. This dentist found that my old dentist failed to do a crown and found two more problems as well. Everything seems to be ok with this dentist, she was very smart. I made sure I had an appointment with Dr. Kossi as others have recommended and the appointments for her are a few weeks out.

Came in for my first appointment and was brought to Cheryl who did my x-rays and cleaning at the end. Very sweet and very charming. My dentist Dr. Kossi did her cleaning and it was not painful as some dentists wield their instruments like swords. Overall a very enjoyable experience as far as the dentist goes.

A dental office that looks better than a spa. Everybody here seems to love what they're doing because their attitude speaks so loud that you don't feel visiting a dental office at all. A massage chair? Who gets a massage while waiting for the dentist? Apparently, the patients' comfort is of their utmost concern and if they can tell you're gonna be there for a while, they'll make sure you'll like the wait. And did I say they're good with kids, too? My 40-year old husband always comes out with freebies after every visit! Humor aside, I haven't tried other dental offices in the area but I don't see the point of looking around, they are my only bet.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this dental office. When we moved to the area we decided to try it out because Dr. Kossi had beyond fabulous reviews, and after a year and a half I can see why. She really takes her time with each patient, and makes sure to do what's best for them. Our previous dentist had wanted my husband to have a tooth extracted and an implant put in, something that even with our very good insurance was going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. Dr. Kossi recommended seeing if a simple filling would fix his problem before opting for such an extreme solution and he's been fine ever since. I also LOVE that she has a little camera that she can use to take pictures of your cavities and problem areas so that you can actually see what she's recommending you fix.Her assistants and hygienists are amazing too. Today I was surprised that they have started taking patients' blood pressure as part of routine check-ups, but I really appreciate that they are concerned with our total health and not just our teeth.

I've been coming to smile city since I left my last dentist. They are GREAT. First, I found this place on yelp. When I got there, i was treated nice. The technicians are all nice. Let me side bar by saying that I felt that my last dds was only in practice for money and would give false dx for it. my inlay broke that was only a year old and she wouldn't fix it, that's why I left, and after 6 years they didn't care or try to see what could be done. Outside of other related reasons... They didn't want to work and I felt like I was being hustled. Every molar in my mouth was worked on twice, some tx were always recommended because my gums and teeth were SOOOOOO bad... No exam was ever good at that last dentist... I digress...So, upon arrival, i was treated to cold water, pillow, and I could watch TV while I was getting treated. Dr. Kossi is gentle and I had less pain then usual. The hygienists are pleasant. .I eventually had to get a crown. That wasn't fun AT ALL but I was treated to a chair massage to calm my nerves... Right in the office! I fell asleep! My exams have been coming out better and better, unlike at the old dentist where I always had problems and they bled my pockets dry. I feel like Dr. Kossi is honest and my gums and teeth are doing OK. She doesn't try to nickle and dime and bleed the ins company. They follow up with referrals and assist with other things add needed.
I've been a patient since I was 3 years of age and each time I've went, I have always came out satisfied with the not only the work done but the kindness towards me. If you're looking for a new Dental Group, Smile City Dental is a place I highly recommend.

I also loves the fact that she educates me on what she is doing. My three year old who goes to her too had a small feeling on one of her molars and she was very comfortable the whole time under Dr. Kossi's hands. My wife has also been going to her and I also hear nothing but good things about Dr. Kossi from her. Dr Kossi is fantastic! She is gentle and kind with 20+ years experience. I have been going to the same Dentist in Long Beach for 14 years so when I moved to SCV I was concerned that I would have to commute to LB for every check-up (which I was actually willing to do because Dr. Troy Ha is amazing - see him if you are in that area) But then last week I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck, jaw and tooth and needed to see someone right away. I first saw Dr. Lim who examined and cleaned my teeth - he was also good and gentle. Dr Kossi saw me the next day (lucky she had a cancellation) and started my root canal. Her dental assistants are super friendly and put you at ease. The gentleman who assisted that day has worked for her 15+ years. The office is immaculate and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and so sweet.
I have been going to Dr. Kossi now for about 6 years and I can't imagine seeing anyone else! I've moved several times throughout the years and I gladly make the 45min trek I now have to see her. I didn't go to the dentist much as a kid and young adult so I was always weary about going regularly... she puts you at ease instantly. She is very gentle and very aware of your comfort level to make sure you feel good during every process (or the best you can feel with someone's hands in your mouth! ha!) She has always been very honest and knowledgeable about what I needed done. Each patient area has its own TV which makes the time pass by faster AND helps distract you from having your fillings done ;) The facility is very clean and well kept; the staff is friendly and always helpful, they always give me a call back if I miss their calls to remind me about an appointment. If you ever have to wait they have a small "relaxation" room with a massage chair and trickling water fall, which is awesome. I've recommended all my friends and recommend everyone else to see her because I can imagine anyone else taking my wisdom teeth out while I was still awake =)
I would recommend smile city dental to anyone, Dr. Kossi is a very humble person and always welcome you with open arms. The staff Gigi and Andy (and others) at the front desk are always welcoming everyone with a smile and are always on top of things. I've been coming to this dentist since I was very little, about 14 years now and will always continue to come because of their great work!

Im not usually at this location to get my teeth work done because i go to the one in bouquet canyon, but these are both the same. The doctors are the same but the employees are different sometimes. The way how these two are run are both the same, the welcoming there is amazing and the comfortability is great as well. Everything there is just as great as the others i also suggests trying this dentist office as well.
The dentist has always been the appointment I look forward to the least. I even put it off for years! After a couple recommendations, I decided to give Dr. Kossi a try... even if it meant driving 35 miles to get to her! She did not disappoint. Her and her staff are warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. She not only told me exactly what I needed done to get that perfect smile, she showed me hi-def pictures so I can see for myself. It was nice to finally have a dentist I didn't feel was just trying to get me to have any and every procedure done. I recently just had a deep cleaning and some old fillings redone. The whole appointment was centered around my comfort. They even offered me a pillow to maximize my experience! Plus, I got to choose on Netflix what to watch on my own personal TV. A trip to the dentist can't get much more accommodating than that.If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.
This is a good place for dental because u know nobody dont want to come to dental because u gonna get a lot of hurt and im really afraid but in here the doctor have a very good skill. So im not feel hurt anymore her hand very soft and smoots it makr everything faster.And the last thing everyone so nice to me. It's make me feel comfortable

It has been about 2 years now since I've been cooking here. I'm going for ortho and so far, no disaster on the braces. All the doctors here are nice. They actually try to get to know you better. For example, i like anime, so they would put anime on Netflix for me. I find it funny how they would ask questions that would require me to have an answer in sentence format, but all i can say is "huh" and "uh huh" because... you'll see. The reception greet you while their nice smiles, so jealous, the doctors tell you to take a seat, comfy, then the procedures, irritating. But honestly, people messing with your teeth would bother lots of people. Bottom line, i recommended this place on the fact that they help you through the payment plan.
Everyone is real nice and they make me feel comfortable every visit. Wouldnt go anywhere else 👍
I am a newer patient, but my wife has been coming here since she was about 8 years old and has never had a negative experience with Dr. Kosi. She is very gentle, patient and understanding. I came last Saturday at Smile City Dental to do implant with Dr Kossi. She did a very good job, painless, within one week I don't have to take any of pain medicine. I really recommend for anyone needs any dental care come to Smile City Dental.

Best dentist, I've been coming here for years. Everyone on staff is very nice and happy to be at work. They always do a great job on the dental work and are very big on preventative care. They also have a spa-like waiting area where you can relax in a massage chair why you wait for your appointment.

Ive been looking for a good, reputible dentist close to my home n was given a few recommendations, but have found this one myself on yelp. I called to inquire, n they accomodated me right away. (well- they were not busy, at that time). Staff had a great way of "inviting" new patients in ensuring trust, comfort, and professionalism.Everyone was friendly and willing to see me to get started on my tooth that needed repairing right away. I felt important even though i got there a couple of hours till closing. Dr. Lim wanted to "recapture" years of neglect to my teeth to foster any problem i had with my teeth by working on them right away and showing me what he recommends in getting my teeth healthy again. What a positive n quick care they provided. YES. i recommend this dentist!!!
Went here with my brother and we were kindly accepted by the front desk as soon as we walked in. We had to get our molds for our retainers done. The dentist who attended us was great and didn't mind the fact me and my brother couldn't hold still cause we were laughing at each other, but she managed to get the job done quick and patiently. My only qualm was my appointment was at 9am and I didn't get seen until 9:45. There was only one person ahead of me. I did receive several apologies for this, which was appreciated. This won't detract from the service I received. I was seen by Dr. Lim. He was friendly, informative, and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I know my teeth can be a challenge when being cleaned. So I was very impressed with how well Dr. Lim did. They were spotless. The rest of the staff was friendly for the most part. The office is clean and updated.
I started coming here about a year and a half ago Ayer going to some awful offices trying to find a new dentist that wouldn't just try to sell you products. Dr.kossi and get staff are wonderful and make me feel at ease when im there. I also really like how they only recommend services actually needed not unnecessary treatment.

Finding a dentist is a hard task. I had a dentist that I went to for 15 years who I felt comfortable with when I was living in Northridge. My family and I just moved to the Santa Clarita area last year (October, 2013) and needed to find a good dentist who we can go to regularly. we are glad we found Dr. Kossi. Dr. Kossi has very gentle hands and does a great job. She has performed cleaning to both my wife and myself and she has also did fillings for me. She is also good at educating her patients with proper dental care. Furthermore her prices are quite fair.She quickly won our trust and my family have been going to her ever since we discovered her. I am glad we found a dentist who we can come to regularly and call our family dentist. If you are in the Santa Clarita area (or even if you live else where) and looking for a good dentist, I would strongly recommend Dr. Kossi.

Dr Kossi is the only dentist allowed to touch my teeth. Been a patient of hers for 15 years. I have severe TMJ, but she works around it, making it as painless as possible. My family have all been seen by other dentists in the office and have always been pleased with the results. The dental assistants are together and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Every exam room has a TV and they'll play movies for you while you're waiting, or if you just need it as a distraction from getting dental work done.The staff is awesome. Dawn is pleasant and efficient- she schedules appointments so well that I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called in for my appt. Andy & GiGi know just about anything & everything about getting dental work done- scheduling, payment plans, advice...they have that place wired.

And here it is...CONs: It is a bit pricier than other dental places I've been to (this comment does not reflect on dental work just overall pricing comparison). That's 'bout it; the only con I can think of.PROs: Parking is easy. Office is clean. Staff is super nice (side tangent: I appreciate the little conversations during cleanings & x-rays even though I can't chat back for obvious reasons, they are entertaining). Goodie bags of travel size dental toiletries. Netflix streams in just about every chair while you're getting work done. The teeth scrub/polish is always a wonderful berry or mint flavor. They open Saturdays, for those busy folks.
By far the best dentist I have been to. They go through great lengths to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I love how they explain everything in detail to make sure I understand what's going on and how to fix any problems I may have.

After the removal, Andy was kind enough to do a follow up if I had any issues.On this current visit, I came in for a cleaning. Completed in 45 minutes. I had two small cavities but it was handled quickly and painlessly. They have new dental equipment which makes your visit easier. My fillings were done with some new type of filling tool. They also did X-rays to make sure all my other teeth were fine. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and they are always accommodating as to your schedule and their prices are very competitive. Never hurts to ask, right? I live in Glendale which is about a 40 min. drive, but I find its well worth as I could not find a great dentist in my local area which gives me excellent service.

Best dentistry and best staff by far in SCV! A clean, friendly, family facility for all your dental needs. Big or small work, you'll never feel embarrassed of any fixes, fillings, bridges, root canals or extractions that needs attention. My entire family including my 4,6 & 9 year old children feel comfortable and very at ease here, without resistance to come see Dr. Kossi (even with the scary needle of novocaine, her gentle finesse administering the shot is pain free/unnoticeable). She is extremely gentle, professional and caring and isn't the kind of dentist who makes you feel sheepish for not regularly flossing. All the dental hygienist know exactly what their doing and the front desk personnel give you their time and patience to discuss your out of pocket expenses and insurance coverage allotted. My family will never be anywhere else but at Smile City Dental.

Smile City Dental is outstanding in all areas of treatment that I have experienced and her pricing is very reasonable and fair. At the same time I enjoy the friendliness of the staff in the office and the care for their patients. In addition I always know that whatever treatment I receive will be accomplished with the latest dental technology and care. The staff and Dr. Kossi are always available for any and all emergency type treatments from a dental standpoint when on occasion these things happen.I can't ask for a better dentist and staff than Smile City Dental. I've been going to this dental office for the last 3 years and I've enjoyed every visit. I now live in west LA, but still make the drive up every 6 months for regular visits. The people in the front and back offices are extremely friendly and understanding of your needs. I must say that I've developed a very good relationship with them, especially Dr. Kossi. She and her staff are willing to go far beyond required to get you what you need without charging you extra^_^.
